"I highly recommend using this local company for your door lock and key needs. Patrick came to the rescue as I was locked out of my house from trying to install a keyless door knob, I called in sheer frustration. First let me say someone answered the phone not a automated phone service, a real person answered the phone on the second ring, I explained my situation and he was able to get a service technician out to the house that same day within three hours. Patrick, the technician was so kind, patient, technically proficient, and was able to not only find the malfunctioning part but able to repair it and get me back into my home, I was so grateful for his utmost professionalism in every aspect. I even had some extra keys made of which they were able to do out of their truck. In a day and age where so many things seems to be so impersonal it was refreshing to experience just the opposite. Again, I highly recommend calling Hamilton lock and safe."
